In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Independently manage large valve assembly, testing, calibration, and hydro test activities.
- Follow all processes and system requirements to ensure product quality.
- Maintain strong 5S practices and workplace safety with a disciplined team.
- Promote multi‑skilling across assembly and testing tasks to improve resource utilization and flexibility.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Hands-on expertise with both Large Globe (linear) and Rotary Control valves, including body and actuator sub-assemblies, integration, leak testing, and final valve assembly with accessories and tubing.
- Skilled in operating automated large hydro test rigs for hydro and seat leak testing.
- Proficient in safe handling of heavy valve parts using EOT cranes, and managing finished valves during testing, painting, and packing.
- Basic knowledge of valve link performance testing and tuning requirements.
- Train, Lead and mentor young associates in valve assembly and testing.
- Ability to read and interpret valve specifications, BOM, and GAD drawings.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- ITI certification with 10+ years of experience in control valve assembly and testing.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and digitalization activities.
