Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Lead – AI who can design, build, and lead AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will work on real-world AI applications and guide a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Build applications like chatbots, NLP systems, and AI automation tools
- Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude), LangChain, LlamaIndex
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, embeddings
- Develop and manage AI APIs and scalable backend systems
- Collaborate on frontend integration for AI applications (UI for chatbots, dashboards, tools)
- Lead a team, conduct code reviews and architecture decisions
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Generative AI and LLMs
- Hands-on with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings
- Proficiency in Python and API development
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies (React.js / JavaScript / HTML / CSS)
- Experience building production-level AI applications
Experience Required:
- 5–8 years in AI/ML development
- Minimum 2+ years in Technical Lead / Senior role
- Experience leading or mentoring a team
Good to Have:
- Experience in full-stack AI application development
- Exposure to AI automation or chatbot platforms
