Lead Architect (+8 yrs exp)

We're a studio that thrives on thoughtful design, open dialogue, and disciplined production. Our projects range across scales and typologies, but always with the intent to push design beyond the obvious. With a team of 25 members, we've built an environment where ideas, debate, and careful execution are equally valued.

We're looking for architects who are excited by challenging projects, passionate about design, and eager to lead teams through the full journey of a project from concept to construction. This is also a space where you can grow as a professional, take on real responsibility, and build a long-term association with the practice.

• Confidence in leading projects while keeping the team motivated
• Ability to interface with clients, consultants, and vendors with clarity
• Strong design sensibility coupled with technical know-how
• Commitment to high-quality drawing and documentation standards
• A collaborative mindset, able to spot challenges early and solve them
• Enjoyment in mentoring younger architects and contributing to a studio learning culture
