Lead Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Lead Architect. In this role, the Lead Architect will lead and guide architectural design projects, oversee software development and system integrations, and ensure seamless implementation of technical solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, managing timelines, and delivering architectural solutions that meet project requirements. The Senior Architect will also be involved in high-level decision-making and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibility

• Lead Architecture Department (team + deliverables)
• Manage Industrial, Commercial & Residential projects
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as a key point of contact
• Client meetings, presentations & approvals
• Coordinate with Structural/MEP/PMC teams
• Final review of drawings (GFC, Working, Detailing)
• Ensure quality, timelines & execution alignment

Eligibility

• 10+ years experience (Consultancy background preferred)
• Strong exposure to Industrial + Commercial + Residential
• Expertise in planning + detailing + execution support
• Tools: AutoCAD (must), Revit/SketchUp preferred
