We are looking for a high-performing Architect / Interior Project Lead who can design, estimate, meet clients, lead teams, and drive project execution while confidently representing our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative architectural and interior concepts (2D / 3D)
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates, budgets, and specifications
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions
- Convert design discussions into approved, execution-ready projects
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal site teams
- Manage project execution, quality, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and inspire the design & execution team
- Represent Mauve Interio in client meetings and presentations
- Ensure smooth handover and strong client satisfaction
Required Skills
- B.Arch / Architecture or Interior Design background
- 37+ years of relevant experience in commercial / office / interior projects
- Strong command over:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion
- BOQ & estimation
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Strong project ownership and leadership mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
Fixed Salary
35,000 65,000/month
