Job Title: Lead Architect - Horizontal Development

Working Days: 6 days a week

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect with a strong background in horizontal development and luxury township projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design, planning, and execution across large-scale township developments, ensuring design excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
.Lead the conceptualization, master planning, and detailed design of horizontal developments including villas, plotted layouts, infrastructure, and amenities.
.Drive design strategy and vision aligned with luxury standards and brand positioning.
.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, sales, marketing) for seamless execution.
.Manage and collaborate with external consultants (landscape, structural, MEP, urban planners).
.Oversee design development, working drawings, and execution support across multiple sites.
.Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and statutory approvals across Mumbai and Pan India projects.
.Lead design reviews, value engineering, and optimization for cost and efficiency.
.Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
.Stay updated with latest trends in luxury real estate, sustainable design, and smart township planning.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements:
.Proven experience in horizontal development projects (luxury townships, villas, plotted developments).
.Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential / township projects.
.In-depth knowledge of municipal approvals, regulations, and liaising.
.Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
.Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
.Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
.Experience in Pan India township developments.
.Exposure to sustainable and smart city concepts.
.Strong design sensibility with attention to luxury detailing

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

Minimum Job Experience:

10-15+ years of experience in architectural design and execution.
