Responsibilities:
- Preparation, Production & Submission of Projects Detailed Design (DD) & Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings and details, with the right capturing of design intent.
- Maintain quality with the through technical knowledge.
- Lead Role in coordination with all Trades especially Architecture, Structure, MEP and Landscape as required by the HO Project lead.
- Overall interaction with Design and FF&E teams along with the HO project lead.
- Guide and Monitor the team members ensuring the design translation into working details and monitor the productivity.
- Monitor Productivity, detect deviations leaks and set the modified workplan as per discussion and agreement with the HO project lead on deliverables.
- Attendance of weekly progress meetings if HO project lead is requesting.
- Review and deliver of milestones submissions as planned by the HO team.
- Full awareness of typical details and SOBHA Standards.
- Basic awareness of code and authorities requirements related to Project location in coordination with the Team lead from HO.
Qualifications & Experience :
- B. Arch mandatory, B.Tech- Civil
- Interior Designing Experience- 5+ years (Mandatory)
- Software Knowledge - Revit and BIM both, CAD, Sketchup, Office (Word excel and Power point)
- Experience: 7+ yrs
