You will lead App Analytics for Aditya Birla Capital Digital (ABCD), owning the end-to-end analytics for mobile app and web platforms. The role focuses on driving growth across user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion through deep product analytics and data-driven decisioning.
This is a leadership role requiring strong hands-on expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and data science, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build a high-performing analytics function.

We are looking for a senior analytics leader with strong experience in app/product analytics to drive growth and optimization for ABCD's digital platforms.
You will help ABCD:
. Scale app installs and improve onboarding/activation
. Optimize key funnels and user journeys
. Improve engagement, retention, and feature adoption
. Deliver personalized experiences across digital touchpoints
. Define app analytics roadmap aligned to key metrics like installs, DAU/MAU, activation, retention, and conversions
. Own end-to-end funnel analytics across acquisition onboarding activation engagement conversion retention
. Drive deep user behavior analytics using clickstream, session tracking, journey mapping, and cohort analysis
. Identify and fix drop-offs across journeys-improving UX, feature adoption, and conversion rates
. Partner with product & UX teams to influence feature design, navigation, and customer journeys
. Build ML models such as churn prediction, engagement propensity, and next-best-action (NBA) for personalization
. Enable personalization at scale via contextual nudges, targeted messaging, and recommendation engines
. Own experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize product features and journeys
. Track feature performance-adoption, usage, and business impact of releases and enhancements
. Leverage AI-first approach using GenAI/AI tools for automated insights, anomaly detection, and self-serve analytics
. Collaborate with marketing analytics on attribution, paid acquisition, and in-app user behavior alignment
. Partner with data engineering to ensure robust event tracking, instrumentation, and scalable data pipelines
. Define KPIs and dashboards across DAU/MAU, retention cohorts, session depth, feature usage, and conversion
. Enable cross-sell journeys within the app across lending, investments, insurance, and payments
. Ensure data quality & governance across tracking frameworks and analytics implementation
. Build and lead a high-performing analytics team driving strong execution and experimentation culture
. Bachelor's/Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
. 8-12 years of experience in app/product analytics, preferably in fintech or consumer tech
. Strong understanding of growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement) and product funnels
. Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, PySpark, and working with large-scale clickstream/event data
. Experience with analytics tools like Firebase, GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
. Strong experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
. Familiarity with personalization/recommendation systems
. AI-first mindset with exposure to GenAI or advanced analytics workflows
. Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, marketing, and business teams
. Proven experience in building and leading analytics teams
. Own a high-impact role at the heart of ABCD's digital growth strategy
. Work on large-scale product analytics and personalization problems
. Drive measurable impact on app growth, engagement, and revenue
. Build and scale analytics capabilities in a high-growth environment
