Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collation and generation of daily reports on events, performances, and compliances.
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) in Jaipur.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.
- Coordinate with various airport departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance airport operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Lead a team of AOCC staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor flight schedules, weather conditions, and other relevant factors to make real-time operational decisions.
- Prepare reports on AOCC performance, incidents, and operational metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as airlines, air traffic control, and ground service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in emergency response drills and oversee crisis management procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in airport operations.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-12 years of experience in the airports industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing airport operations effectively.
- Proven track record of leadership and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field.
Certification Required
- Valid Airport Operations Professional (AOP) certification preferred.
