Job Title : Lead and Manager - HR Shared Services

Role Purpose

The HR Shared Services Integration Lead / Manager will work closely with the Central Integration Team to support portfolio company integration and rebadging of associates into Tech Mahindra. The role ensures seamless deployment of HR processes, systems, and business rules, while managing the endtoend employee lifecycle for rebadged and portfolio associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the HR shared Services SPOC for portfolio company integrations and rebadging programs into Tech Mahindra
  • Partner with the Central Integration team to understand integration scope, timelines, and dependencies
  • Interpret and implement policy and process changes applicable to rebadged & Portfolio entities associates
  • Work closely with the CIO / IT teams to enable system changes, integrations, and rule deployment
  • Manage endtoend employee lifecycle activities for portfolio companies, including:
  • PreOnboarding & Onboarding
  • Payroll & Benefits enablement
  • Timesheet, Attendance, LMS, Mobility support
  • Transfers, extensions, and exits
  • Ensure accurate deployment of all business rules for rebadged associates across HR systems
  • Drive standardisation, compliance, and governance across integrated entities
  • Manage escalations related to onboarding delays, payroll issues, benefits mapping, and system gaps
  • Lead and coordinate HR Shared Services teams supporting rebadged associates
  • Support audits, reporting, and leadership updates for integration programs

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of HR Shared Services operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Handson experience in integration, rebadging, or largescale onboarding programs
  • Ability to translate policy into system and process execution
  • Strong stakeholder management across HR, CIO, Payroll, Finance, and Business teams
  • Experience working in matrix and transformation environments
  • Manager role: 1015 years experience

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (HR preferred)
