India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich's business units worldwide.

Your role:

As a Developer specializing in ANAPLAN (Polaris), you'll be at the core of Zurich's Group Finance planning and forecast solution delivery. With your skills in SaaS development, integration via ADO, you will build, test, and optimize ANAPLAN models that empower data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ANAPLAN (Polaris) models to support financial and operational planning processes across the global organization (Group and BU levels)
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Implement integrations between ANAPLAN and other enterprise systems like Databricks, leveraging APIs and appropriate middleware.
• Perform rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of ANAPLAN solutions.
• Document solution designs, model logic, and integration processes clearly and comprehensively.
• Provide user training and support as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Use JIRA and SNOW to manage development activities, track work, and enable smooth releases.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement with an AI First and innovation mindset.
• Ensure all solutions comply with Zurich's quality, security, and compliance standards.

Your Profile:

• Hands-on experience (4-8 years) developing and modelling with ANAPLAN (Polaris preferred), with official ANAPLAN certification, in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A processes)
• Proven track record of integrating SaaS platforms with enterprise applications/platforms (like Databricks) via ADO and other ways.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capability in performing impact analysis and supporting operational activities.
• Collaborative mindset and effective communicator, fluent in English.
• Eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies to improve solutions.
• Ability to document technical processes and support end users effectively.
• Other technical skills desirable: Cloud (AWS), Databricks, Advance Excel and modelling, JIRA, Python, Data Science
