India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich's business units worldwide.

Purpose:

As a ANAPLAN (Polaris), you will shape the future of Group Finance financial and operational planning and forecast at Zurich. By leveraging your expertise in SaaS solutions, integration with other platforms, you'll ensure scalable, efficient, and forward-thinking solutions that support Zurich's business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for ANAPLAN (Polaris) implementations in Group Finance, ensuring alignment with business strategies and best practices, across the global organization (Group and BU levels)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust architectural solutions.
• Drive integration of ANAPLAN with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation like Databricks
• Oversee technical delivery and provide governance for ANAPLAN projects, including those using product version control and deployment as well as JIRA/SNOW tools
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Support the development of business cases, including risk assessment, benefits analysis, and high-level planning.
• Building, operating, and continuously improving the systems in scope while leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate development, improve troubleshooting / enhance governance outcomes
• Reduce manual remediation effort by identifying recurring patterns and optimization opportunities in the scope using AI-supported insights
• Defines AI adoption goals for the service and holds teams accountable for measurable outcomes
• Ensure adherence to Zurich's security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Stay current with ANAPLAN and SaaS trends, driving innovation and best practices in the planning ecosystem.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience 4 years experience in ANAPLAN (preferably Polaris version) in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A processes)
• Strong integration experience with enterprise systems (ie: Databricks) and proven use of ADO.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS security and compliance principles
• Strong AI First mindset with AI tools and frameworks knowledge, with a focus on continuous service improvement.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English; strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Other technical skills desirable: Cloud (AWS), Databricks, Advance Excel, JIRA, Python, Data Science
