Job Purpose
To lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of data-driven dashboards and analytics solutions across ABSLAMC, enabling informed decision-making for sales and leadership teams. The role focuses on driving innovation through advanced analytics and Power BI capabilities, improving operational efficiency through process automation, and building a high-performing, technically capable team to support evolving business needs.

KRA1 Dashboard Development & Analytics Delivery
Develop and maintain dashboards such as Sales MIS, CEO Dashboards , Retail Sales Mother Dashboard, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into dashboard logic and visualizations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across all dashboards
Continuously enhance dashboards with improved visualizations, usability, and actionable insights
Build new dashboards aligned with evolving business needs and leadership expectations
Provide value-added analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making
KRA2 Innovation & Advanced Analytics in Power BI
Introduce advanced features such as commentary/narratives, 80:20 analysis, projections, and dynamic storytelling
Integrate dashboards with tools like Vymo and other relevant platforms
Explore and implement new Power BI capabilities (AI visuals, DAX enhancements, etc.)
Improve interactivity and usability for business users and leadership
Benchmark industry best practices and incorporate relevant innovations
KRA3 Process Automation & Efficiency Enhancement
Identify repetitive/manual Excel-based processes within the team
Develop Python-based solutions to automate data processing and reporting
Reduce turnaround time and manual dependency through automation
Standardize and streamline legacy processes for scalability and efficiency
Track and report efficiency gains (time saved, error reduction, etc.)
KRA4 Team Management & Capability Building
Set clear goals and monitor performance of team members
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and developmental support
Ensure proper workload allocation and timely delivery of tasks
Build technical capability in Power BI, Python, and analytics within the team
Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture
