Maintain a comprehensive understanding of GCIO workforce planning processes and associated system data points.
Demonstrate vision by revisiting and refining governance standards and processes, including scenario capture, trend analysis, and identification of operational efficiencies.
Evaluate and review stakeholder requirements, engaging in constructive discussions and challenges to advance initiatives.
Publish regular reports detailing the progress of BGIs against key workforce metrics, supporting stakeholders in achieving their targets.
Collaborate closely with BGI stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of their strategic priorities.
Showcase capabilities and establish a standard to enhance team culture, encouraging comprehensive ownership and accountability throughout all processes
Requirements:
7 years and above experience in Workforce planning and management
Excellent skills in PowerPoint
Strong understanding and working knowledge on Macros
Decision making abilities to drive right result for the bank
Extensive stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Ability to highlight challenges timely and in systematic manner
Ability to influence decision making with useful Insights drawn from data
Excellent Data Presentation skills for clear and crisp messaging which is easy to comprehend
