Lead Analyst, Security Compliance and Assurance

Assesses and prioritising security risk across the organisation, facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements and security policies.

What You Will Do

The GRC Analyst is responsible for reducing security risk to Colt by helping to prioritise and drive remediation efforts throughout the organization by establishing and maintaining governance and compliance standards, as well as conducting risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.

What We're Looking For

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the GRC Manager with the development and implementation of the system-wide risk management function to ensure security risks are identified and monitored.
• Designing and documenting technical, administrative, and physical controls to ensure the business demonstrates compliance.
• Facilitating the remediation of control gaps and escalating critical issues to senior stakeholders.
• Managing an exception review and approval process, and assuring exceptions are documented and periodically reviewed.
• Working closely with control owners and internal and external auditors to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner.
