Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Analyst - SAP S/4HANA EAM to drive Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), EAM, Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), solution design, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution ownership, complex system configurations, production support, mentoring consultants, and delivering business-critical asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA EAM solution design and implementation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end SAP EAM/PM delivery and support.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead complex SAP configuration activities.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Manage stakeholder communication and business expectations.
• Drive production support and issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams.
• Participate in Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support IAM, MDG, and asset data governance processes.
