What You Will Do
Position Summary: We are seeking a Lead Analyst - Revenue Growth Management to provide critical insights that support and drive our revenue growth strategies across all regions.
In this role, the candidate will leverage his/her RGM analytical experience with interpreting data, deliver actionable recommendations, and support our organization in making strategic investment decisions aligned with our business objectives. This analysis will help optimize our revenue growth initiatives, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that enhance overall value.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's revenue streams, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic pricing, promotion, mix and distribution decisions.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop models and dashboards to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing revenue growth, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead the partnership with cross-functional teams, including finance, tech and data, marketing, and sales, to ensure revenue strategies align with the broader regional business strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue management processes and workflows, ensuring accurate data and quality metrics for informed decision-making.
- Project Management Support: Lead strategic revenue projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business requirements.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Professional Experience: 8+ years of work experience out of which at least 3+ years of experience in revenue growth management, strategic business analysis, or a related field, ideally within FMCG business sector.
- Syndicated Data Ecosystems – Expert level familiarity with retail measurement providers like NIQ, IRI/Circana, and IQVIA.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are beneficial. Hands on experience working with NIQ, IQVIA or Circana data.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing and building relationships to achieve strategic goals.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects to successful completion and execution.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
