The role entails supporting the Credit Risk and Lending Solutions function in leading the loan operations workstream as the function is on a growth trajectory. Key activities include:
- Creating value proposition across the lending operations value chain, including Loan Systems migration Middle Office and Back Office Payment, Settlements and reconciliation activity - Customer due diligence through Know Your Customer Know Your Business - Lending pipeline management. - Quality assurance and control - Issue resolution
- Reviewing and analysing legal and loan documents and approvals for new and existing agency, syndication and bilateral facilities
- Design and present customised solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating how our services can support client objective closures
- Contribute to the development of case studies and success stories that highlight the value and impact of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the organisations.
