What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Analyst to support the implementation and adoption of EPLAN and AI- driven engineering solutions to digitize and standardize engineering workflows across the product lifecycle. Drive integration of EPLAN with PLM/ERP and other engineering systems to enable a scalable digital thread, improved data consistency, and end-to-end traceability. Partner with engineering, IT, and vendors to design automated, data-driven processes, leveraging AI for configuration, validation, and workflow optimization. Deliver business value through reduced manual effort, enhanced design accuracy, and accelerated engineer-to-order (ETO) execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EPLAN Implementation & Standardization
Drive enterprise rollout of EPLAN (Electric P8, ProPanel, EEC) across product lines, establishing standardized engineering processes, templates, and data models.
- Enable Digital Thread & System Integration
Define and implement integrations between EPLAN and enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, MES) to ensure end-to-end data flow, traceability, and consistency across the engineering lifecycle.
- Help drive AI-Enabled Engineering Automation
Lead the deployment of prioritized high value AI use cases (e.g., configuration automation, data extraction, validation, workflow optimization) to reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivity.
- Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions
Analyze engineering workflows (especially ETO scenarios) and define requirements, architectures, and scalable solutions aligned with product-line deployment strategy.
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery & Change Management
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and external partners to deliver solutions while driving user adoption, training, and change management across sites and regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical or related field
- Overall Work experience of around 7 to 14 years and 3 years in business analysis, engineering systems, or IT applications
Skills
- Experience working with Electrical CAD applications such as: EPLAN, ELCAD or similar tools
- Strong experience in: Electrical Panel
- Product owner exprience
- Requirements gathering and process analysis
- Data modeling and workflow design
- Systems integration and solution delivery
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (Engineering + IT)
- Experience with Electrical Panel Design, ETO order processes and applications
- Familiarity with engineering artifact creation and maintenance (drawings, ECR/ ECN, EBOM, etc.)
- Exposure to AI use cases to accelerate engineering processes and decision making
- Knowledge of industry standards, APIs, or integration tools
- Experience working with CAD suppliers
