Lead Analyst - GL (F&A Operations)

Job Purpose

To work within the accounting team to meet and exceed customer SLAs / KPIs for the accounting services in compliance with the regulatory requirements for the global customers. In addition to ensuring daily & period end transactions, the respective accounting activities should be performed in a timdy & effcient manne

Job Description

Book transactions and match bank Statements with cash transactions . Book inter-company transactions and match IC receivables / payables prepare IC scheduhs for PAL, BS and accruals . Resdve IC partner queries . Create and manage fixed assets register (perform depreciation, additions, transfer, disposal of assets) . perform adjustments to fixed assets register . perform Balance sheet recondiations including Bank, intercompany, payroll & FA reconciliations Respect and uphold month-and dosing schedule Record journal vouchers duly supported with backup . Co-ordination withAP & AR teams to ensure related accounts entries gets dosed . Adherence to Internal control policies INWementing and standardising processes to ensure maximum efficiencie

You are meant for this job if:

5-8 years of experience or CA Interl Post-Graduate, Graduate in Finance with years of experience . Candidate must be well versed with SAP . Record to Report expertise from outsourcing industry preferably Shared Services . understanding of tools (IFS/SAP/0rade, ARM, MS Office. Hyperion BPC 10 etc.) Analytical skills including collecting and researching data, designing work now & procedures Aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, getting to root cause of issues . Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment . written and verbal communication skills . Excellent customer service skills . Must be nexide and able to work in 24x7 shift
