Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our Client Onboarding team in
India as part of a Center of Excellence. This role will support onboarding and project coordination
activities across Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), Funds of One, and other structures with a
primary focus on internal execution, documentation, tracking, and meeting support.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, excellent written communication, and
the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured and efficient manner. This role will work
closely with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, operations, investments, finance and
technology to help keep onboarding activity organized, documented, and progressing on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution Support
Help maintain weekly trackers and status reports across onboarding and launch workstreams.
Prepare and update project timelines, milestone trackers, and follow-up logs
Support overall project management efforts to help ensure deliverables are completed on time
Escalate delays, gaps, or risks to the appropriate team members so projects remain on track
2. Documentation & Materials Preparation
Prepare questionnaires, meeting materials, internal/external decks, and other supporting
documents for onboarding and launch activity
Organize key project information, requirements, and action items in a clear and consistent
format
3. Meeting Support & Follow-Through
Join internal and selected external calls to capture notes, summarize key takeaways, and
document decisions
Prepare agendas in advance of meetings and circulate follow-up action items afterward
Track action items across stakeholders and help drive timely completion
Ensure discussions and requirements are clearly documented for internal teams
5. Growth Path
After sufficient shadowing and training, begin to lead internal coordination calls for
straightforward single-strategy SMA onboarding processes

Over time, take on greater ownership of end-to-end internal coordination for simpler
onboarding workstreams
Qualifications
46 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding support, business analysis, or
related operational roles within asset management, wealth management, or financial services
Familiarity with SMA structures, Funds of One, and mandate launch processes preferred
Experience supporting credit strategies and insurance strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
