Spectral Consultants is currently hiring for a Senior/Lead Analyst Data Stewardship & MDM Operations role for one of the leading US-based management consulting firms.

This role revolves around end-to-end master data operations, data stewardship, data validations, and maintaining a smooth, controlled flow of master data across platforms and integrated systems.

What You Will Work On
Managing day-to-day MDM operations across multiple systems and business functions.
Supporting data stewardship processes, ensuring governance compliance and data accuracy.
Performing data investigations, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and data lifecycle activities.
Monitoring data loads, batch jobs, and ensuring seamless data mastering.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance.
Working with cloud-based systems and modern MDM landscapes (preferred).
Required Skills & Experience
4.56 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Stewardship, or Data Management.
Experience in any MDM tool (Reltio preferred but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to write queries for investigation, validation, and reporting.
Basic understanding of data integration/ETL processes.
Familiarity with load monitoring, data mastering, and validation workflows.
Exposure to cloud platforms (preferred).
Pharma domain experience is a plus, but NOT mandatory.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, process-driven environments with global teams.
Good to Have
Experience working with pharma tools or datasets
Experience in multi-system MDM integrations
Understanding of governance frameworks and data quality dimensions
