Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and accountable Lead Analyst Data Stewardship & MDM Operations to oversee a 4-member team responsible for managing MDM loads, data mastering, and stewardship activities. The lead analyst will ensure high-quality and timely execution of daily and weekly operations across MDM (Reltio), lead data investigations, manage master data activities, and enforce data stewardship standards. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

• Ensure timely and accurate daily feed deliveryand data validations for 13 MDM feeds.
• Supervise and support root cause analysis for data issues, MDM configuration, rule failures, and integration issues guided by SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Oversee master data creation and maintenance to support clean and consistent data delivery.
• Oversee Reltio MDM operations, overseeing job executions, load monitoring, and issue resolution
• Ensure system health and uptime by continuously monitoring AWS infrastructure components such as EMR, S3, and Cloudgate.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and stewardship standards, including data completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Interface with clientsfor all operational updates, incident resolution, and data issue escalations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders via email, reports, and meetings.
• Translate technical data issues into business-relevant context and drive resolutions with minimal disruption to defined SLA.

Qualifications & Skills:. >5- 7 years of experience in MDM (Reltio) operations, data stewardship support, or data management

• Familiarity with data investigations, load monitoring, data mastering, and stewardship processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic understanding of data integration/ETL processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in SLA-driven environments.
• Exposure to MDM platforms, data governance tools, or data cataloging systems.
