What You'll Do:
Operational Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate daily/weekly operational activities
- Ensure timely and accurate ETL pipeline refreshes and data validations
- Supervise and support root cause analysis for data issues, guided by SOPs and escalation protocols
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary client-facing representative for all operational updates and data issue escalations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders via email, reports, and meetings and collaborate effectively for cross-functional teamwork
Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in KTLO operations and data management
- Familiarity with data investigations, refresh monitoring
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and strong understanding of data integration/ETL processes
