Job Description
Lead – Airtel Business Sourcing & SCM operations
Level: GM
Location: Airtel Centre, Gurgaon
Education: B-Tech in Electronics/Electrical and MBA (Preferred)
Job Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Commercial Management.
- Responsible for end to end procurement of Domestic & Global enterprise requirements of IP/MPLS, ILL, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, Cloud, last mile UBR links, Service delivery manpower etc.
- Responsible for OPEX management of AMCs
- Drive sourcing strategy, RFx management, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Lead vendor governance, SLA monitoring, supplier performance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Manage supply chain operations, delivery, inventory and device recovery.
- Deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business, Finance, Legal, Network, and Operations teams.
- Lead and mentor sourcing teams while driving high performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic sourcing expertise, leadership capability, and experience managing global supplier relationships.
