The AI Team Person – Python Full Stack Engineering is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI-driven platforms and products. The role focuses on building scalable AI agents and agentic AI systems while guiding the engineering team in delivering robust full-stack applications.

deep technical leadership in AI application development with hands-on engineering, ensuring high-quality architecture, reliable deployments, and continuous innovation in AI-enabled solutions.
- AI Systems Architecture & Development
- Lead end-to-end development, deployment, and scaling of AI Agents and complete Agentic AI systems.
- Architect scalable AI-enabled application systems integrating reasoning workflows, orchestration layers, and intelligent services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures for AI-driven applications.
- Ensure robustness of AI systems by implementing evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and performance optimization mechanisms.
- Full Stack Engineering Leadership
- Oversee development of backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django).
- Guide frontend development using modern frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Ensure scalable system architecture, efficient APIs, and reliable application performance.
- Drive engineering best practices including code quality, documentation, and architecture standards.
- Technical Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers building AI-enabled applications.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Guide engineers in building scalable and maintainable systems.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development of the engineering team.
- System Performance & Reliability
- Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and operational stability.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks for production environments.
- Drive improvements in system efficiency, latency management, and infrastructure reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technology solutions.
- Participate in product planning, sprint cycles, and roadmap discussions.
Ensure alignment between technology delivery and business priorities.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced coursework or certifications in AI, machine learning, distributed systems or cloud technologies are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience in Python backend development and scalable web systems.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-driven applications or intelligent systems.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications in cloud environments.
- Strong experience with system architecture, API design, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced product development environments is preferred.
