AI Solutions is our global post-sales and professional-services organization — the team that takes process intelligence and agentic AI out of pilots and into production, and owns customer outcomes end-to-end. We are AI-first by default: we spot repeating patterns and build agents to automate them, scaling the value we deliver with the book of business, not with headcount.

The role. The design authority and quality bar for the team — a functional-governance role for the most technical, most trusted consultant in the room. You set the solution-quality bar across the whole team, frame and gate-review the hardest solutions before they ship, build the industry-specific playbooks and reusable AI assets that scale everyone, and lead from the front, hands-on, on the toughest work. Additionally, you own your own book of accounts end-to-end — these are the highest-impact, most strategic accounts the company has. You begin to own top-line and margin alongside delivery leadership. For a seasoned leader from a top consulting firm or SI who wants to build, ship and set the standard, this is the seat.

What you own

• Full end-to-end ownership of your own book — the highest-impact, most strategic accounts the company has (across industries such as BFSI and healthcare), owned from discovery to realized value.
• Design authority and the solution-quality bar across the team — you frame the hardest problems and gate-review solutions before they ship.
• Industry-specific playbooks and reusable AI assets that make the whole team faster and more consistent.
• Leading from the front — hands-on where the solution stretches beyond out-of-the-box — and coaching the Seniors.
• Top-line and margin awareness — beginning to own the delivery-leadership economics alongside delivery leadership.

What we look for

• 8+ years with deep, demonstrable end-to-end delivery leadership on strategic accounts; top consulting-firm / SI leaders who now build and ship, not just advise.
• Principal-level technical depth and architecture judgment — sets standards, builds playbooks, raises the bar for others.
• Industry depth (BFSI, healthcare or similar) and the ability to build reusable, industry-specific assets.
• Commercial awareness — comfortable reasoning about utilization, top-line and margin.
• Solutions-led leader who leads by example; heavily hands-on at the highest bar.

The persona & bar

• Thrives in uncertainty: Can run a substantive, back-and-forth customer conversation, build on a fuzzy idea, and convert uncertainty into certainty — Idea → Implementation → Impact. Customers are under pressure and want someone who guides and coaches them.
• Pragmatic solutioning: Navigates roadblocks and imperfect systems without waiting to be told what to do — independent judgment over guidance-dependence.
• Data-first, value-driven (not task execution): The real work isn't just executing the task in front of you. You own the step before — figuring out what data matters to create foresight on what to optimize — and the step after — the what next that turns insight into value — keeping everything aligned to the customer's bigger goals.
• AI-first by default: Collects data first, then builds agents to optimize workflows — moving past large, manual analyst-and-developer teams.
• Ownership, agility, client-facing: Continuous contact with the customer and heavy ownership across every one of these dimensions.

How the role works

• Our priorities, in order: product expert (trained and certified on Skan), AI-first (agents do the repeat work — every consultant a 10x consultant), solutions-led (solve the true business problem), and end-to-end ownership from discovery through adoption.
• The bar: you solve real customer problems, and you independently lead a customer discovery session — turning discovery and ideas into a clear plan to ship and adopt an AI solution.
• Hands-on and technical: you set the solution bar, gate-review the toughest work, and still build from the front where it counts.
