The Role
As the Lead AI PM, you will own the end-to-end transformation of our tender platform into an agentic powerhouse. You will define how our autonomous agents behave, how they collaborate, and most importantly, how we measure their success. You will sit at the intersection of complex supply chain logic, cutting-edge agentic architecture, and aggressive revenue targets.
What You Will Do
- Own the Agentic Roadmap: Drive the vision and E2E execution of Winmore's transition from a human-driven workflow to a multi-agent orchestrated system.
- Drive Revenue & Adoption: Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, highly monetizable value propositions for enterprise customers. You build for impact, not just for cool demos.
- Design Agent Workflows: Define the precise scopes, tool-calling abilities, and guardrails for specialized agents (e.g., pricing agents, compliance agents, document synthesis agents) to ensure they achieve the right outcomes without looping or hallucinating.
- Build the Evals Infrastructure: Partner closely with engineering to design and implement rigorous LLM evaluation frameworks. You will define the ground truth, measure RAG retrieval accuracy, and set strict performance thresholds for agent outputs before they ever reach a customer.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the translation layer between AI researchers/engineers, go-to-market teams, and enterprise logistics users.
What You Bring (The Must-Haves)
- AI-First PM Experience: You have spent the last few years living and breathing LLMs. You have successfully shipped E2E AI products (not just wrappers) from concept to production.
- Revenue Impact: You can point to a specific AI/ML product or feature you launched that generated measurable revenue or massive operational savings.
- Agentic Architecture Grasp: You deeply understand the mechanics of agentic systems-routing, tool use, state management, memory, and orchestration. You know the difference between a simple RAG pipeline and an autonomous agent swarm.
- Evals Expertise: You know that an AI product is only as good as its evals. You have hands-on experience establishing metrics for hallucination rates, contextual relevance, and task completion.
- Extreme Candor & Clarity: You know how to say no to AI hype and focus strictly on what solves the user's problem.
The Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
- Logistics & Supply Chain DNA: A working knowledge of freight forwarding, procurement, rate management, or enterprise bidding/tenders.
- Technical Chops: You can comfortably read Python, understand prompt engineering at a systemic level, and debate the merits of different foundational models or orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) with your engineering leads.
