About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Lead – AI, Platform Excellence & Digital Academy to drive AI adoption, platform excellence, and continuous learning across our website production teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about website-building platforms, Generative AI, digital enablement, and building scalable learning ecosystems. You will play a key role in transforming how websites are designed, built, and delivered through AI-powered workflows, certifications, and operational innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Website Platform Excellence

• Build deep expertise across website platforms such as Duda, Wix Studio, Wix Editor, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Mono, and emerging AI website builders.
• Monitor product updates and evaluate new features.
• Develop platform standards, best practices, and internal documentation.
• Drive builder certification programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

AI Enablement & Innovation

• Lead the adoption of Generative AI tools across production teams.
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Build prompt libraries, AI workflows, and reusable automation frameworks.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption.

Learning & Digital Academy

• Design and manage structured learning programs for production teams.
• Develop onboarding journeys, certifications, workshops, and role-based learning paths.
• Create engaging learning experiences using videos, live sessions, AI simulations, and microlearning.

Process Improvement

• Partner with Operations to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
• Pilot innovative ideas and scale successful initiatives across teams.

Knowledge Management

• Maintain a centralized knowledge repository including SOPs, playbooks, platform guides, prompt libraries, and troubleshooting documentation.

Thought Leadership

• Represent the organization through webinars, industry events, blogs, and LinkedIn.
• Share insights on AI, website platforms, and digital innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in SaaS, website platforms, digital enablement, technical education, or related domains.
• Strong expertise in one or more website-building platforms such as Duda, Wix Studio, WordPress, Shopify, or Mono.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Canva AI, Figma AI, Perplexity, NotebookLM, or similar technologies.
• Experience in designing learning programs, certifications, or enablement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.

Preferred Background

We prefer candidates from website builder platforms, customer education, technical enablement, digital transformation, solutions consulting, or AI adoption roles.
