Role: Lead AI/ML Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years Relevant
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions for complex enterprise use cases.
HANDS-ON PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE with MODEL CONTEXT PROTOCOL (MCP) IS MANDATORY
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build enterprise RAG platforms, including embeddings, hybrid/vector search, reranking, citations, and access-aware retrieval
• Build production Agentic AI systems using tool/function calling, structured outputs, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Architect and develop MCP clients and servers with secure transports, authentication, approvals, tracing, and governance
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM, databases, document repositories, source control, and ticketing systems
• Define evaluation strategies for accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency, and cost
• Build production services using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Implement CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, monitoring, and continuous optimization
• Lead architecture and design discussions and mentor engineering teams
Required Skills:
• 5–9 years of experience developing production software, data, ML, or AI solutions
• Advanced Python with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompting, context engineering, and Agentic AI
• Hands-on production experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is mandatory
• Experience developing MCP clients and servers, defining tools/resources/prompts, and working with stdio or Streamable HTTP transports
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong Git/GitHub and CI/CD experience
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation, tracing, monitoring, and cost optimization
• Current, role-relevant AWS AI/ML or Microsoft Azure AI certification is mandatory
