Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features using React (Vite), Node.js, SQL, and MongoDB
  • Optimize database queries and front-end performance for large-scale applications
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor IDE) to accelerate development and enhance code quality
  • Independently manage project ownership and drive features to completion
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, and overall system performance
  • Collaborate with peers in an AI-first workflow to continuously improve development efficiency
  • Proactively identify and resolve system dependencies and integration challenges

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 710+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in versatile, non-corporate environments
  • Strong expertise in React (Vite), Node.js, SQL, MongoDB, and full-stack architecture
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and proactive ownership of projects
  • Hands-on mentality: able to conceptualize, review, adjust, and deploy code independently
  • Fluent in English
  • Leadership mindset: capable of orchestrating AI workflows and effectively leading AI-driven development
