Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business workflows and design customised AI Agent solutions.
  • Lead the deployment, integration, and configuration of the Agentic platform within enterprise environments (cloud/on-prem/hybrid).
  • Build and deliver production-grade interfaces between our platform and enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, HRIS, EHRs, and custom APIs.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and product/engineering teams, communicating feedback, proposing features, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with ML and product teams to operationalise LLM/SLM-based workflows and design safe, scalable agent behaviour patterns.
  • Conduct onsite workshops, system audits, and go-lives at enterprise customer sites across the US and Europe.
  • Document technical implementations, best practices, and reference architectures for reuse across customers and verticals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, solution delivery, or forward- deployed engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java.
  • Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, and enterprise data integration.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of LLM technologies, GenAI workflows, RAG, vector search, and orchestration frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with enterprise IT/security teams to handle auth, logging, data residency, and deployment requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and executive presentations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (US/Europe) on short notice.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or customer-facing technical consulting role.
  • Exposure to enterprise domains such as healthcare, finance, HR, or customer service.
  • Experience deploying or integrating Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or workflow automation solutions.
