Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, and software applications
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
  • Lead a team of IT administrators and provide guidance and support
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that our IT systems meet their needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues as they arise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT administration

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in IT administration
  • Experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, and software applications
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of IT policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in IT administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
