Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Windows application packaging: intake, design, build, test, and publish MSI/MSIX/App-V packages to production repositories.
- Manage enterprise deployments using SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune; create collections, target deployments, and monitor success rates.
- Build and maintain automated packaging workflows and validation harnesses using PowerShell and CI/CD practices to ensure repeatable, auditable releases.
- Drive application compatibility and remediation: troubleshoot install/uninstall failures, resolve dependency conflicts, and coordinate with engineering and security teams for fixes.
- Define and enforce packaging standards, naming conventions, and quality gates; produce packaging playbooks and documentation.
- Coach and mentor L1/L2 packagers, lead reviews, and streamline intake-to-deployment SLAs across global stakeholders.

Familiarity with virtualization packaging (e.g., ThinApp) and automated test VMs is a plus. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Management or Windows packaging are desirable.
