Lead Administrator App Packaging

Location: Pune/ Hyderabad

Skills: App Packaging, SCCM, Intune, ITIL, SNOW, VBScript, Window 10/11, MSI

Application Packager L2/L3:

· Should be capable of working on packages with no supervision.

· Good communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders for package User Acceptance testing.

· Experience in customer handling skills.

· Expertise in providing technical support is a key requirement.

· Reproduce issues internally and respond on time to customers.

· Strong analytical thinking. Performing the full life cycle of software packaging including definition, requirements gathering, analysis, and testing.

· Develop, test, and implement configuration changes/driver updates to improve overall windows client, stability & performance.

· Knowledge of installation mechanisms acquisition, execution, and rollback.

Key Skills

· Windows 10/11 and Servers platforms

· Packaging tools: Orca, Install Shield, Admin Studio, ACT (application compatibility toolkit)

· Creating Custom Actions to customize the application accordingly.

· Upgrading from old version to new version application.

· MSI and MSIX technologies

· Analysing source applications and converting them into Windows installer technology like MSI/MSIX

· Scripting: Batch, VBScript, PowerShell Deployment Tool Kit (PSADT)

· Deployment tools: SCCM/Intune

· ITIL tool - SNOW

· SCCM deployment Experience, Creating deployment types, Task sequence

· Intune application experience

· Supersedence/Dependency experience

· Company portal, PSADT, Scripting experience.

· Troubleshooting and Fixing package issues in Prod and Pre-prod stage which are deployed via SCCM

· Coordinating with App Owners/Managers in requirement gathering
