Job Description
Provide high-impact administrative, executive, and program support to the VP – Technology. Own the operating cadence for key initiatives, leadership communications, and business rhythms (staff meetings, QBRs, townhalls, offsites), ensuring timely execution, clear stakeholder alignment, and effective escalation.
Key Responsibilities
Track and report progress on key initiatives; proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
Own preparation and materials for monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and quarterly update meetings with US business leaders/Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Coordinate cross-functional inputs and follow-ups to close action items and ensure on-time execution.
Develop high-quality executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
Draft and refine internal communications and business partner messaging on behalf of the leader's office.
Ensure consistent, clear cadence of monthly/quarterly communications and ad-hoc updates.
Liaise with stakeholders across US/India (Technology, Corporate Security, HR, Finance, Real Estate, etc.) to ensure seamless US leader visits.
Partner with Finance to manage employee engagement/EEAT budgets; identify opportunities for efficiency, vendor optimization, and cost control.
Work with the US business manager on cost center alignment, resource onboarding/offboarding, and operational hygiene.
Support leaders in maintaining org structures and driving engagement initiatives (townhalls, workshops, recognition programs).
Provide administrative coverage and back-up support as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
Required Qualifications
8–15 years experience supporting senior leaders across admin, program coordination, communications, and events.
Create executive-ready decks, reports, and dashboards with strong attention to detail.
Experience working in global, matrixed technology organizations.
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
Highly organized; manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Structured, high-ownership problem solver with sound judgment.
Influence and collaborate effectively across levels and geographies.
In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
