Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce plans.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership positions within defined timelines.
  • Build talent pipelines through lateral hiring, referrals, campus recruitment, and diversity initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units.
  • Advise managers on people-related matters including workforce planning, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Support organizational restructuring, manpower budgeting, and talent deployment initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of people strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance management processes.
  • Facilitate talent review and succession planning discussions.
  • Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning & development interventions.
  • Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Drive reward and recognition programs across the business.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee records and HRMS transactions.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee services.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain appropriate HR documentation and records.
  • Monitor implementation of HR governance standards across the business.
  • Address employee grievances and workplace concerns in a timely manner.
  • Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Support disciplinary actions and corrective measures in line with company policies.
  • Promote positive employee relations and workplace harmony.
  • Oversee administration operations including facilities, transport, security, housekeeping, and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support services.
  • Manage administration budgets and monitor service-level performance.
  • Support workplace safety and employee well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification Essential

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent.
  • Certifications in HR Analytics, Labor Laws, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.

Experience

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Talent Management.
  • Exposure to large organizations, shared services, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, logistics, or corporate environments preferred.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing business HR requirements.
