Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Lead Acquisition Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating contact, setting meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups, proposal sharing, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, is detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential clients and establish initial contact.
• Fix meetings with interested prospects.
• Send proposals and follow up with positive leads.
• Reach out via email and WhatsApp to nurture potential clients.
• Maintain and update client and lead data accurately.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth workflow and pipeline management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, manage data, and maintain organized records.
• Target-driven mindset with attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA preferred) in a relevant field.

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 CTC per month + performance-based incentives. Transport allowance extra.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
