In this role, you will manage relationships with clients and advisors, ensuring high client retention rates while overseeing a caseload of 401(k) and retirement plans. Accountabilities
- Maintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate
- Manage a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans for tax-exempt entities
- Prioritize and execute workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- Provide superior client service and consultations on plan operation and design
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an excellent client experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all work performed
- Communicate pro-actively with clients and advisors regarding industry developments
- Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
Requirements
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- Strong knowledge of non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
- Relevant industry designation preferred
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of critical thinking
- Commitment to lifelong learning and coaching
