Job Description

Designation: MRO Engineer/ Repair Engineers/LCE

Key Responsibilities

  • Gas Turbines:
  • Aero Engine/Gas Turbine Engine Exposure and overall working principles
  • Module/Commodities/Sub-System exposure and understanding.
  • Function of various features within each component
  • Engineering Drawings:
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings (Mechanical Drawings not Electrical Drawings)
  • To Understand Manufacturing Process
  • Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T). Definition of each symbol and its application
  • Repair Techniques:
  • Should be able to logically think and explain cause of Damage and various Damage types.
  • Should be able to choose a Repair Technique based on different Damages and elaborate on Advantages and Disadvantages of that chosen Repair Technique.
  • Should be able to write a detailed procedure/steps on each Repair Technique and explain the use of each Step.
