Roles And Responsibilities
- Execute custom layout and integration of critical analog circuits, ensuring low noise, high reliability, and robust performance across PVT corners
- 14 years of handson experience in custom analog / mixedsignal layout
- Apply strong device physics knowledge including transistor matching, well/substrate design, parasitic control, and reliability awareness
- Implement highspeed layout techniques for sensitive AMS paths, focusing on impedance control, skew matching, shielding, and crosstalk reduction
- Collaborate closely with circuit designers to enable layoutaware design and support postlayout simulation correlation
- Drive layout verification and closure, including DRC/LVS, EM/IR, and postlayout optimization to meet performance, power, and manufacturability goals
- Leverage AI/ML knowledge as a valueadd to support datadriven optimization, layout automation initiatives, and improved debug and correlation workflows.
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or VLSI Engineering
- M.Tech in VLSI Design, Microelectronics, or Electronics Engineering
