- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra land laws and revenue records (7/12, mutation, village map, etc.)
- Experience in land due diligence, title investigation, search reports, and encumbrance checks.
- Drafting and vetting of real estate documents in Marathi English.
- Understanding of litigation processes, court procedures, and coordination with advocates.
- Familiarity with statutory approvals and permissions from government authorities.
