Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Lawyer/Legal Officer based in Pune. The Legal Officer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts, providing legal advice to the institution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing legal issues that may arise. The role also involves negotiating and managing contracts, as well as staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and experience in handling legal issues
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
• Ability to provide precise and reliable Legal Advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a master's degree or additional legal certifications are an advantage
• Experience in the education or aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory
