Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications; depth of technical knowledge and solution customization
Capability to create, modify, and maintain COBOL-based programs, with preference for MS-COBOL in ERP environments
Ability to design, code, and compile solutions using Lawson Development Workbench; familiarity with Lawson-specific tools and processes
Skill in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts for reporting, data integration, and enhancements
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Landmark IPA workflow automations for process efficiency within HCM modules
Understanding of HCM modules, data flows, and integration with Finance, external vendors, banks, and government entities
