Lawson Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Lawson S3 HCM and Payroll applications with depth in technical knowledge and solution customization.
• Write, modify, and maintain COBOL programs, with a focus on MS-COBOL in ERP environments.
• Design, code, and compile solutions using Lawson Development Workbench; utilize Lawson-specific tools and processes.
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and scripts for reporting, data integration, and system enhancements.
• Develop and support Landmark IPA workflow automations to improve process efficiency within HCM modules.
• Understand HCM ERP modules, data flows, and integration points with Finance, vendors, banks, and government entities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot live system issues, participate in on-call rotations, and manage Go Live migrations.
• Collaborate effectively with teams and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support innovative solutions.
• Contribute to ERP project rollouts, system upgrades, change management, and ad hoc reporting as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on data security, confidentiality, and compliance best practices.
