Law Media/ Legal Reporter Internship in Kanpur (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Legal research and drafting:
• Conduct in-depth research on laws, case laws, and policy developments
• Draft legal content for articles, blogs, press releases, and reports
• Assist in preparing legal notices, agreements, and compliance documents
• Legal reporting and content creation:
• Monitor daily legal and regulatory news updates
• Write summaries on court rulings, notifications, and legal trends
• Assist in scripting and presenting legal content for online platforms
• News anchoring and presentation:
• Present short legal bulletins or summaries for video content
• Collaborate with media teams for legal awareness content
• Assist in hosting webinars, panels, and interviews
• Telecalling and client communication:
• Call startups, clients, and partners for documentation follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding by explaining legal procedures and requirements
• Maintain communication logs and coordinate with the legal team
• Contract and compliance support:
• Assist in reviewing NDAs, MOUs, and vendor agreements
• Track timelines for statutory filings and regulatory compliance
• Maintain compliance checklists and support due diligence
• Documentation and file management:
• Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents
• Ensure proper version control and digital/physical archiving
• Team coordination and reporting:
• Draft daily or weekly progress and legal update reports
• Coordinate with legal, media, and outreach teams
• Take meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up on deadlines
