Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, registrations, and other commercial documents required by the company.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of executed agreements.
- Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and legal counsel on legal due diligence.
- Assist in preparing legal matters for courts, tribunals, arbitration, and forums.
- Assist in handling pending cases, compliance requirements, and legal advisory matters.
- Conduct legal research on various matters and provide inputs for decision-making.
