Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Contract & Documentation Support – Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, employment documents, and other commercial contracts.
- Legal Research & Compliance – Conduct research on applicable corporate, labour, consumer, e-commerce, and regulatory laws and support the team in tracking compliance requirements.
- IP & Business Legal Support – Assist with trademark/IP documentation, brand protection, legal notices, and coordination with internal teams or external counsel on ongoing legal matters.
