Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in GST litigation work: drafting replies, submissions, appeals, petitions, synopsis, and case briefs for all forums.
- Conduct legal research on GST provisions, circulars, notifications, advance rulings, and judicial precedents.
- Prepare structured case books and paper books and synopsis for submissions before appellate forums and courts.
- Support senior members in drafting and repreesntation in matters and client consultations.
