Law/Legal Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed research notes on assigned matters
• Draft, review, and analyse agreements, pleadings, notices, and legal opinions
• Examine statutes, case law, regulatory materials, and financial statements for legal and advisory assignments
• Assist in corporate, tax advisory, transactional, and litigation support matters
• Support the team in handling matters related to general corporate, company law, PE/VC, M&A, indirect tax, intellectual property, and allied legal and regulatory areas
• Perform research, drafting, and analytical tasks as part of ongoing legal training and assignments
• Coordinate with legal professionals on advisory, compliance, and litigation-related activities
